Leaving your child for the first time in any nursery is a big event and can be upsetting and sometimes stressful for yourself and your child. We make this process a lot easier by offering you and your child the opportunity to attend ‘settling in sessions’. This experience is extremely valuable and helps to build a strong relationship between the staff, child and parents from the very start. We welcome you to stay as long as you like with your child, until you are completely satisfied that they have adapted to their new environment.
We believe that good communication between staff and parents is very important. We will provide full reports on the progress your child is making and answer any questions you may have. We ensure that you are given every opportunity to talk to your child's assigned key worker and other nursery staff.
Parent's evenings are held regularly, which gives you and your child's key worker the opportunity to discuss their progress, needs and development.
We allow parents to choose between full or half-day sessions.
